888 Holdings has designated Anna Barsby for the recently established position of Chief Product and Technology Officer. This is a significant development, as she will be overseeing the technological amalgamation following 888’s substantial consolidation with William Hill in July.

888 is relying on this action to assist them in realizing those desirable integration advantages, especially when it comes to enhancing the client journey and generating those crucial collaborative efforts.

Anna is well-versed in digital evolution and unification, having spearheaded substantial initiatives at organizations like Morrisons and Halfords. She even functioned as Halfords’ Chief Information Officer, guiding them through a phase of remarkable digital transformation that resulted in considerable market share expansion and the incorporation of novel offerings and labels.

When not occupied with revolutionizing 888, Anna acts as a Non-Executive Director for the Cumberland Building Society and is the originator and Managing Partner of Tessiant, a management advisory firm.

Itai Pazner, CEO of 888 Holdings, is evidently enthusiastic about the designation, affirming that Anna will be “essential in propelling the critical domain of technology integration as a component of our transformative amalgamation with William Hill.”

Her background and proficiency are precisely what’s required. By merging the capabilities of our two organizations, we aspire to unleash significant possibilities. We’re delighted to welcome her to the team.”

This designation follows 888’s rather underwhelming Q3 2022 fiscal statement. Income fell to £449 million (roughly $509.4 million), a 7% decline contrasted with the corresponding timeframe last year.
